About Sarah

Sarah Morreim Photography celebrates its 8th year of studio photography. In the last eight years, Sarah has photographed hundreds of actors, families, and high school seniors. Sarah sees every session as an opportunity to capture a story in a single frame.

Sarah is also a filmmaker and founder of CCE Productions. Since 2002, she has directed and written three independent short films. Sarah's last Film, "Good Morning," premiered at the 2008 Minneapolis/St. Paul International Film Festival. Sarah has worked as Associate Producer, Unit Project Manager, and Assistant Director on numerous local independent films.

In 2005, Sarah co-founded the nonprofit, Story Board. Story Board provides educational and mentoring programs for high school aged filmmakers.

She is a member of IFP/MSP and a founding member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Women in Film and Television (WIFT).

The Studio

Sarah's studio is in the Northwind Lofts building in North Minneapolis. The beam and timber warehouse is home to a number of commercial photographers who have renovated its large spaces into beautiful studios with natural light, wood floors and exposed brick walls. MAP and Directions

Studio 206 is equipped with multiple dressing rooms and makeup stations with plenty of light and power. A comfortable lounge area with leather couches and chairs can comfortably accomodate groups with a nearby kitchen for craft services. Rest room facilities are located within the studio itself.
